Our Customer Happiness team is in the office Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Please note that orders will NOT be processed during weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm PST will be processed the following business day.
We ship orders across the United States including Alaska & Hawaii. We also ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply. We use USPS and UPS for all shipping destinations in the United States. We offer standard ground (7-10 days) and expedited service (2-3 days) to locations in the continental U.S.
Standard ground shipping is free for orders exceeding $100 and $7.95 for all orders.
Expedited shipping is $19.95 for all orders weighing less than 10 lbs for orders within the contiguous United States. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 877-462-6241 for expedited shipping costs on orders exceeding 10 lbs.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent expedited service (3-5 days) via the U.S. Postal Service. Rates will be determined by weight. The cost for orders weighing less than 3 lbs. is $14.95, 3.01 – 5 lbs. is $18.95, 5.01 – 10 lbs. is $29.95 & 10.01 – 50 lbs. is $39.95. These rates are exclusive to Alaska and Hawaii.
All packages will be sent USPS Priority Mail International. Rates will be determined by dimensional weight estimate and USPS flat rate box capacity. We have a shipping calculator at checkout! Once you have added everything to your cart, add your address in for an estimated shipping cost. Please note, it is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.
International shipments vary based on duties and customs. If your package has not arrived after 30 days, we consider it "lost". Please contact our Customer Happiness team and they will can assist you. Often times international orders will be marked as "collect for pick-up". Your order is likely being held at your local post office. They will be able to provide more information about your package.
Order volumes fluctuate, so your order will ship within 3-5 business days from the day it was placed. We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available. Please note: The fulfillment time provided is an estimate and is not included in the shipment time. If you would like to receive more tracking details on your package, sign up for informed delivery with USPS - its free! By signing up you can get daily updates on the delivery status of your package.
When you pay for expedited shipping, please remember that our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders are only processed and shipped during normal business hours. Once we open expedited orders are pulled and shipped with priority. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.
If the package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If it has still not arrived after 2-3 days, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team with your order number within 30 days of the order ship date!
If the package is marked as in-transit and has no updates after 3 days, reach out to our Customer Happiness team for assistant.
